Buying a Property
Simply browse our Properties page and use filters like city, property type, budget, and bedrooms to narrow down your search. You can also use the search bar on the home page.
Yes, all properties listed on VPS Estate are verified by our team and most are MahaRERA registered. Look for the RERA ID on each property's detail page for confirmation.
On any property detail page, you'll find a "Schedule Visit" form. Fill in your preferred date, time, and contact details. Our team will coordinate with the owner/agent and confirm your visit within 24 hours.
Beyond the property price, you should budget for: stamp duty (~5-6% in Maharashtra), registration charges (~1%), GST (for under-construction properties), and our brokerage fee (1-2%). Our team provides a detailed cost breakdown before you commit.
Listing Your Property
Register as an agent/owner and choose a subscription plan. Then go to Add Property and fill in the details along with photos. Your listing goes live within 24 hours after verification.
We offer a Free plan (up to 3 properties) and several paid plans with more listings, featured options, and priority support. View all plans.
Listings stay active as long as your subscription is valid. When your subscription expires, your listings become inactive. Renew your plan anytime to reactivate them.
Yes. Go to My Properties, click "Edit" on any listing, and update details, photos, or pricing at any time.
Payments & Subscription
All payments are processed securely via PayU. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and UPI.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once activated. However, if you face any issue, contact our support team at [email protected] and we'll try to help.
Go to Payment History from your dashboard. You can download receipts for any successful payment.
